Table settings for NO KNOCKING are as follows:
30 second timer, 100 point game, CHECK don't allow knocking,
Aces set to LOW ONLY, CHECK allow players to replace computer players,
CHECK allow players to watch, DO NOT mute watchers,
DO NOT allow watchers to see a players hand,
Make table private, pw is gal.
